• Registrants do not have to be U.S. government employees to take advantage of the special rate; it is available to all.
• Meeting participants are responsible for making their own individual reservations.

  Check-in and check-out dates are not automatically pre-populated. When entering your check-in and check-out dates please be aware that:
  • Booking dates between September 22 and 27, 2018 will bring you to the “2018 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” room block.
  • If booking dates are before September 22, 2018 or after September 27, 2018 your room(s) reservation will go outside the “2018 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” room block.

• Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have been blocked for the meeting at the Hilton Knoxville.
• Cut-off date for the special rates is Friday, August 31, 2018. After this date, the Hilton Knoxville will accept reservations at the existing cost and availability.

(*) There is a 9.25% per room per night tax and a 8% per room per night secondary tax. Breakfast is not included in room rates. All guests get free standard Wi-Fi in-room and in the lobby. Special Rate Deadline

Thursday, August 31, 2018

Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have been blocked for the “2018 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” at the Hilton Knoxville. Only registrants reserving their room(s) via the online reservation form will receive the special meeting reduced rate.

Reservation requests must be made by the close of business on August 31, 2018 to qualify for the group rates. Reservations made after that date will be confirmed upon availability of room and rate.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. While the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Baggage storage will be available for a small handling fee.

Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand. A late departure fee may apply; baggage storage will be available.

Early Departure Fee

In the event a guest who has reserved a room within the 2018 Mo-99 Topical Meeting block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $98 / $198 will be charged to the guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check out fee should advise the Hotel on or before check in of any change in planned length of stay.

Self parking - $14.00, Check in required. Valet parking - $20.00

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made before 11:59 pm local hotel time on September 19, 2018. Detailed information about the Cancellation Policy of the Hilton Knoxville is outlined at the hotel website.
