Reservation Information

• Room rates are available below.

• Registrants do not have to be U.S. government employees to take advantage of the special rate; it is available to all.
• Meeting participants are responsible for making their own individual reservations.
• To reserve your room(s) at the Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel and receive the special meeting rate you have three options:

• CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DATES — CAVEAT
  Check-in and check-out dates are not automatically pre-populated. When entering your check-in and check-out dates please be aware that:
  • Booking dates between August 31, 2015 and September 4, 2015 will bring you to the “2015 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” room block.
  • If booking dates are before August 31, 2015 or after September 4, 2015 your room(s) reservation will go outside the “2015 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” room block.

• Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have been blocked for the meeting at the Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel.
• Cut-off date for the special rates is Saturday, August 1, 2015. After this date, the Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel will accept reservations at the existing cost and availability.
• As in recent years, a registration fee is not being collected for the meeting, and consequently lunches will not be provided; however, the Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel will provide a lunch buffet to participants and their guests at a reduced rate.

Special Rate Deadline

Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have been blocked for the “2015 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” at the Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel. Only registrants reserving their room(s) via the online reservation form will receive the special meeting reduced rate.

Reservation requests must be made by the close of business on August 1, 2015 to qualify for the group rates. Reservations made after that date will be confirmed upon availability of room and rate.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. While the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Baggage storage will be available for a small handling fee.

Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand. A late departure fee may apply; baggage storage will be available.

Early Departure Fee

There will be a one (1) night room & tax early departure fee charge for any guest within UChicago Argonne, LLC's group block checking out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date. This charge will be added to the individual's account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check out fee should advise the Hotel on or before check in of any change in planned length of stay.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival, or one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card or deposit will be retained. Detailed information about the Cancellation Policy of the Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel is outlined at the hotel website.
