• Registrants do not have to be U.S. government employees to take advantage of the special rate; it is available to all.
• Meeting participants are responsible for making their own individual reservations.
• To reserve your room(s) at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis and receive the special meeting rate you have three options:

• CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DATES — CAVEAT
  Check-in and check-out dates are not automatically pre-populated. When entering your check-in and check-out dates please be aware that:
  • Booking dates between September 11 and 15, 2016 will bring you to the “2016 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” room block.
  • If booking dates are before September 11, 2016 or after September 15, 2016 your room(s) reservation will go outside the “2016 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” room block.

• Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have been blocked for the meeting at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis.
• Cut-off date for the special rates is Thursday, August 11, 2016. After this date, the Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis will accept reservations at the existing cost and availability.

Special Rate Deadline

Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have been blocked for the “2016 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. Only registrants reserving their room(s) via the online reservation form will receive the special meeting reduced rate.

Reservation requests must be made by the close of business on August 11, 2016 to qualify for the group rates. Reservations made after that date will be confirmed upon availability of room and rate.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. While the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Baggage storage will be available for a small handling fee.

Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand. A late departure fee may apply; baggage storage will be available.

Early Departure Fee

There will be a one (1) night room & tax early departure fee charge for any guest within the group block checking out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date. This charge will be added to the individual's account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check out fee should advise the Hotel on or before check in of any change in planned length of stay.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival, or one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card or deposit will be retained. Detailed information about the Cancellation Policy of the Ritz-Carlton St. Louis is outlined at the hotel website.
