Reservation Information

  • Room rates are available below.
  • Registrants do not have to be U.S. government employees to take advantage of the special rate; it is available to all.
  • Meeting participants are responsible for making their own individual reservations.
  • To reserve your room(s) and receive the special meeting rate you have two options:

  • CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DATES — CAVEAT
    Check-in and check-out dates are not automatically pre-populated. When entering your check-in and check-out dates please be aware that:
    • Booking dates need to be between April 24 - May 1, 2020 for the “2020 Mo-99 International Symposium” room block.
    • Booking dates outside of this timeframe are outside of the room block and cannot be reserved using the group link.

Special Rate Deadline

Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have been blocked for the 2020 Mo-99 International Symposium. Only registrants reserving their room(s) via the online reservation form will receive the special meeting reduced rate.

Reservation requests must be made by the close of business on March 15, 2020 to qualify for the group rates. Reservations made after that date will be confirmed upon availability of room and rate.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. While the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Baggage storage will be available for a small handling fee.

Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand. A late departure fee may apply; baggage storage will be available.

Early Departure Fee

In the event a guest who has reserved a room within the 2020 Mo-99 International Symposium block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee may be charged to the guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check out fee should advise the Hotel on or before check in of any change in planned length of stay.

Parking

  • Car parking is available
  • Self-Parking Fee: 1000 CZK
  • The 24-hour underground garage has 190 spaces, plus a car wash and hand wash. There's direct access from the hotel and Parizska Street.

Cancellations

Individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge until the cut-off date of March 15, 2020. Cancellations between February 25 and 7 days prior to arrival (April 17) will result in 1-night stay accommodation cancellation fee. Cancellations after April 17 or no-show will result in a charge for the full stay. Visit the hotel website for detailed policy.
