• Room rates are available below.

• Registrants do not have to be U.S. government employees to take advantage of the special rate; it is available to all.
• Meeting participants are responsible for making their own individual reservations.
• To reserve your room(s) at the Hamilton Crowne Plaza Hotel and receive the special meeting rate you have two options:
  1. Call 1-877-622-1970 directly to make room reservations. If you do a phone reservation please make sure to mention that the room(s) block is under "2014 Mo-99 Topical Meeting (code JTF)".
  2. Reserve online (How online reservation works).

  Check-in and check-out dates are not automatically pre-populated. When entering your check-in and check-out dates please be aware that:

• Booking dates between June 23, 2014 and June 27, 2014 will bring you to the “2014 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” room block.
• If booking dates are before June 23, 2014 or after June 27, 2014 your room(s) reservation will go outside the “2014 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” room block.

• Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have been blocked for the meeting at the Hamilton Crowne Plaza Hotel.
• Cut-off date for the special rates is Saturday, May 24, 2014. After this date, the Hamilton Crowne Plaza Hotel will accept reservations at the existing cost and availability.
• As in recent years, a registration fee is not being collected for the meeting, and consequently lunches will not be provided; however, the Hamilton Crowne Plaza Hotel will provide a lunch buffet to participants and their guests at a reduced rate.

• You will be directed to the hotel page with the special group code for the “2014 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” already entered in the appropriate field.

Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have been blocked for the “2014 Mo-99 Topical Meeting” at the Hamilton Crowne Plaza Hotel. Only registrants reserving their room(s) via the online reservation form will receive the special meeting reduced rate.

Reservation requests must be made by the close of business on May 24, 2014 to qualify for the group rates. Reservations made after that date will be confirmed upon availability of room and rate.

Cancellations

Canceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on Monday, 23 June, 2014 will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on 23 June, 2014, or failing to show, will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
